This group is for anyone interested in gaining an understanding of (or advancing their practice of) Yoga, Reiki, meditation, and other forms of mind and boy health. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), Reiki master/teacher, Registered Yoga instructor, and neuromuscular massage therapist. I started this group to help create a community, and provided educational classes, for those who are interested in exploring ways to increase their joy of living.
